We will also explore our motives, goals, discoveries and triumphs as well as our blocks to love and or growth.

In this gentle but exhilarating workshop, we’ll shake off the cobwebs on the essence of who we really are. We will stimulate your spontaneity and tickle your imaginations and perhaps unveil some surprising personal insights.

Through simple activities, rambunctious writing, laughter and play, you will experience how lightening up stimulates ideas, enhances your health and expands your self awareness, creativity and wholeness.

The course also includes meditation and easy yoga.

You will leave feeling revived, energized and alive!!!

The workshop will give you strategies to deal with stress, take time for yourself without feeling guilty and enjoy life with a spring in your step.
