Facilitated by Julianne Crawley of Spirit of Women and other exciting, amazing women, this interactive workshop will probe the essence of being a woman.
We will also explore our motives, goals, discoveries and triumphs
as well as our blocks to love and or growth.
In this gentle but exhilarating workshop, we’ll shake off the
cobwebs on the essence of who we really are. We will stimulate your
spontaneity and tickle your imaginations and perhaps unveil some surprising
personal insights.
Through simple activities, rambunctious writing, laughter and play,
you will experience how lightening up stimulates ideas, enhances your
health and expands your self awareness, creativity and wholeness.
The course also includes meditation and easy yoga.
You will leave feeling revived, energized and alive!!!
The workshop will give you strategies to deal with stress, take time
for yourself without feeling guilty and enjoy life with a spring in
your step.

Julianne is the Director of Spirit of Women and has been co-facilitating
the 6 week Female Journey course with her husband Robin of Men Alive.
For the past 20 years, Julianne has undergone intensive personal growth
and transformation and is now committed to seeing women access their true
talents and personality by connecting with their power, strength, beliefs
and values within.
Julianne knows how essential the balance is between being feminine and
owning your power.
Julianne is currently studying to be a yoga teacher with creative dance
and is a firm believer in the power of laughter and movement to heal emotional
scars and blocks.
